Malick has been studying martial arts since 1982 and is a sixth degree taekwondo Master and retired world class competitor. He is also a Kettlebell Kickboxing KBIA Certified instructor. His specialized education, skill and knowledge, along with his contagious passion for fitness training and exercise, has positively changed thousands of peoples lives, from as young as 3.5 to over 80. His vision is to inspire and motivate everyone to be their best self.
